Swindon Talent 2011  (3rd annual event, launched by SWINDON 105.5 and Swindon Advertiser)
Winners, finalists and entrants have gone on to do well... performing, recording, achieving in national competitions...
Details of 2012 - 4th annual competiton - available early in the new year.





£25 grants to each of 8 organisations. 
SWINDON 105.5 to produce a programme with
young people and police on crime and disorder.


2010:  First Young Bands Gig Night at The Platform, Faringdon Road - organised with Holmes Music saw a donation of £80 to SWINDON 105.5. 

Caribbean fun        Fairford Air Tattoo     Music Service Concert



Bombay Lounge, Peatmore Fun Curry and Ukle Night!  This was attended by about 50 people and raised £400 for SWINDON 105.5.  Thanks to Hanif and his team




RADIO ON WHEELS
We are near to completion of the convertion a small but perfectly formed caravan, bought by a listener in Old Town for the station, to take out on the road to support local activities and events.   Local donations and local artists.
